Yes. Your website can be used as a knowledge source. You can also add approved business information so the assistant has clearer context.
Will it make up answers about my business?
The system is designed to ground business-specific answers in approved knowledge. If the information is not available, the safer behavior is to avoid inventing a business fact.
Does it support multiple languages?
Yes. Visitors can ask questions in different languages and the assistant can reply in the same language.
Can a human take over the conversation?
